It would be really nice if you would take some of the below sugestions into consideration.
HEROES:
Please rework Soul Keeper's spells. He is way too powerful early/mid and late game at any 1v1 and teamfights
Please rescale the agi gained from Traxes.
Please remove crit chance on kunkka's tide bringer (if he has buriza), way too cheated (can 1 shot a intel hero if kunkka overfarmed).
Please rescale or change bane elements's Enfeeble, simply because it renders a player useless in early and mid game.
Please rescale Skywrath Mage's Arcane Bolt damage and cooldown, it's too powerful in early/mid game
Please rise Windrunner's agi gain from 1.4 to 1.6 and reduce str from 2.5 to 2.3
A rework on Spectre's spells would be really nice.
Please rise Axe's int gain from 1.6 to 1.7, always has mana problems and is forced to buy arcane boots
Please remove Arc Warden's ultimate the ability to use his items (2 dagons or 2 hexes aren't really nice/fair on one hero)
Please make Pudge's Meat Hook max range from level 1 (almost useless until lvl 3)
Please rescale Phantom Lancer's agi gain
Please increase Ember Spirit's start armor from 1.08 to 1.98
Please nerf/rescale Alchemist's Chemical Rage (lower attack speed and health and a slightly longer cooldown)
Please increase Broodmother's armor from 2.52 to 3.6
Please reduce Pit Lord's base attack damage
Please rework Clockwerk Goblin's Battery Assault stun interval (increase from 0.7 to 0.9/1)
Please nerf Slark's Essence Shift
ITEMS:
Aganim - add more heroes (Winter Wyvern - increases aoe; Rubik - steal spells from allies; Treant Protector - also adds silence/damage; Bloodseeker - increases duration and makes target visible for the whole duration; Broodmother - gives lifesteal to allies as well when activated; Keeper of the Light - lowers cooldown and can teleport 2 allies before Recall goes on cooldown; Disruptor - adds slow)
Monkey King Bar - reduce chance from 35% to 25%
Force Staff - cheaper recipe (800)
Urn of Shadows - increase damage from 150 to 200 and reduce duration from 8 seconds to 6 seconds
MECHANICS:
When you press "hold" the hero should stand still and not attack anything even if close to heroes/creeps/towers

Make pudge's meat hook able to hook up to 5 heroes and damage is scattered, and make dismember an AoE skill, and slark should be nerfed it's to strong for a team to handle in a clash. very helpful IceFrog if you consider this. :D

You should change Trax ult to a spell instead of passive like you did with Cent, cause first you buff her, then you pretty much remove that buff, so I think it will be great if you just turn that in to some sort of spell, or change the idea of that passive. Increase the chance of PA crit, rework seeker's skills so he can be picked in competitive scenes, add scepter to AA, make QoP att. animation a little faster, increase rubick's 3rd skill percentage by 5-10%,rework Spec second skill, increase meepo's dmg
Almost all carries has some signicant presence to its team(let it be lategame or early),say for example, voids chronosphere,or bara move speed,drow trueshot aura,etc. Phantom assasin in no way does a gud job as in team so none actually likes her to take in competitive games where early game significance of a hero should definitely be present. I think PA should be remodelled a bit considering DOTA as a team game, so that people just not take her for fun but also as a competitive hero as well..... do think about it :)

If u will make Earth Spirit, his ultimate skill might be like jump (similar to toss but using himself) with stun/slow aoe effects both places (where he was before jump and where he is after it.

Actually,Everything in DOTA this time is actually balanced.One thing,NERFING alchemists Ult?hes pretty much useless if his ult cool down is long.he's a bread without he's ult.And Another.Traxex Imba?nah.I once played garena but traxex was no match for my bloodseeker even if she has blademail.I see that all youwant is to nerf heroes that always pawns you ingame.Traxex is weak early game.so harrass he much.thats all.all you want is to make DOTA an easy and fun game.But DOTA is not all about fun you know.Strategize who to counter to traxex.and another thing,Leaviathan is balanced.I played him and i can kill 2 to 3 heroes in one go with his current skills.so no problem.and nerfing clockwerks battery assault will prolly make him a weak hero.so please,make sure your suggestion is about new heroes instead and not nerfing.Nerfing traxex 3rd skill to affect jut herself is good.But making her ult as an active skill?absolutely NO.

can you make a creature such as a pumpkin or whatever that is moving and teleport in the jungle in a hidden way.. after kill the creature, you will obtain an item or extra gold or in a simple word "surprise"..

New heroes could be really cool, but there are several imbalance issues that needs some work first, I think. First in mind - Traxex, she is too simple, yet powerful. Maybe Nevermore souls quantity need some work too. And look at last new heroes - Wyvern, Sekywrath, etc. overpower them with old plain ones is a lot of trouble too. Sorry for my English.

Game is great, just a few balances and nerfs needed.
Trax, Troll, Nyx need some work. Trax needs silence removed OR damage nerfed, Troll needs a fix (he can bash on his axe throw spell, this is broken). Nyx can insta-kill too fast, making some games unbearable - perhaps reduce damage from mana burn, increase some casting times?
I just think a few heroes needed to be picked at a bit, especially in the stun/silence vs. DPS department. (ex Lion, Trax)
Also, gold for denies? Like 2gp melee, 3gp ranged and 5gp catapult? Not a large amount but something to help supports afford more than wards + boots!
Centaur Is Better when he has his old Ultimate what will he do with his return when the only item that has str is 2 Heart while the rest of his items are Boots of travel,Blink dagger,radiance,and Pipe.
And please Make a new hero like everyone said the 3rd panda Earth spirit with one of his skill can heal the tower if it can be deny but can't be healed 10% while the tower is under attack or is attacking with a cooldown of 90 sec and a 3 sec tangled and another skill that summons a mini tower with 200 health and 50 damage per attack and an ulti that heals friendly target 20% of their health and removes harmful spells to them.
And Aganims on rubik the can steal two spells or grant rubik his father's skill that can summon a blue spirit golem like warlock but it will heal allies 2% of their health that are close range to the spirit and enemy hero lose 250 damage for the summoning and a 3 sec stun and 100 damage per sec that are close to it.

Yeah right, her ulti should be active ability and gives you more damage and AS
i think you should put another power ups that doubles the attack speed
then put up a scepter uprgrade on phantom lancer or put up a damage on medusa's ultimate

magina is so weak at the start of the game that he lags behind in leveling up.. he has no kill skills really and mana burn is nothing compared to other heroes fourth skill. beginner or no beginner i'll just choose traxxex or invoker which always assure the chance to win.. which is not already exciting.
Make A new hero fools that is "Long range"! .
