DotA 6.66 - DotA Allstars 6.66 is now released by IceFrog. IceFrog has done a lots of fixing, balancing some big changes. There were a lots of things which were expected in this release but IceFrog has released this patch so quickly. ReplyDeleteNerf Slark's Essence Shift Skill, that skill makes him imba, +4 agi for EVERY attack that remains for 60 seconds would be insane. I suggest you lower the stat steal duration, 15 seconds i guess. His ulti is not that imba, the regen only works when he is out of sight of hostile units.

ReplyDeleteyou can easily kill slark with heroes with high damage spells , a simple gank can kill him easily a gem can count his ult, and his hp regen is not imbalanced because his hp is very low.(level 20 depending of the build he don't have a simple 1,8k hp)
And you can easily kill kaldr, he has a low hp too, he is just a very good ganker, if he ganks you and his allie has a stun spell u MAY say goodbye, but if u gank him with a stuner or any other char with MS(like balanar or Slark) you can easily kill him too, but all depends of the PLAYER remember that.
Icefrog..balance SLARK BECAUSE is almost impossible to kill him from hes speeed..and life regen like he heal all hes life like 15 seg..hes life is low but if you buy vanguard,tarasque or buy more life.. life hes is gonna be WTF never die by life regen and balance Ancient Apparittion hes ultmite is very hell strong...gobal range??? ReplyDeleteAA's ulti is not imbal, coz it's not even easy to hit with its ulti, as opponents can dodge it easily. Also, AOE attacks can easily pwn Slark's ass when he uses his ulti. Thus, there is no need to balance the new heroes at all =)

ICE BLAST-> so freaking spammer, anti-pusher, killer, scout, farmer (imbalance). Low hp doesn't really compensate to its supreme abilities. Kaldr is very powerful when teamed up with disablers and AOE slow/damage/magic. Combine his ice vortex and let's say with Kardel's Shrapnel or with Lanaya's Traps or with other heroes that have instant slow (especially AOE), then he undeniably escapes and/or kills a lot. Yeah, you could say teamwork and stuffs matter a lot, but I'm a DOTA critic and I criticized a lot of things especially strategies, so don't even think I'm noob. I've used it quite sometimes, and of course, the other heroes as well. And I could immediately smell the team's advantage if at least Kaldr is in the group (if the player is not noob). I know that there's a good number of ways on how to counter him like for one by using BKB or Stun-Bang. But in the overall sense, he really is a force like no other. Another thing which is really unique about him is that among all heroes, his ulti proved to the most effective way on farming (early,mid,late game; anywhere->base,neutrals,walking), better than Wrath of Nature, better than Alchemist's greed (coz every 9 seconds of CD would possibly deal another blow of money)... Slark however for me is BALANCED.
