Tracker Ninja's have similar masks, but the one that Haku had was really a fake to make the old Team 7 believe that he was going to take Zabuza, when actually he didn't [but that has noting to do with the fact that the masks look the same. Haku died, the person we saw in the last episode with the mask was just another character]. Also, you can see a difference in Haku's old mask and the one we saw last episode.

remember that these are fillers, the Haku resemblence is used to make it a little more interesting and now they can exploit the element jutsu's of water which is the one least shown until now
