DotA 6.66b AI v0.214 has some problem which is causing game to be crashed (fatal error) while playing with some skills. These include Slark's Pounce, Visage's Familiars and Ursa's Overpower. This is a common problem in Warcraft 3 maps. Crashes & Bugs often happen when map is not coded properly. Similar thing is happening with DotA v6.66b AI.The Good News is, DotA AI Map developer BuffMePlz already know about it and he is trying to fix the crashing problem. Check what he said:

Looking over the code, looks like Slark's Pounce, Ursa's Overpower and Visage's Summon Familiars will need to be rewritten, as they will cause conflicts with the AI script and result in WC3 crashing.Don't worry guys, he is on his way. Hope he releases the fixed version of this AI soon. If you have found some bugs do share it here so he can fix it.
If you find a crash unrelated to any of these three heroes, let me know. I'm working on a fix for the aforementioned abilities.
-dm is still known to be unstable on the AI map. Until I figure out why it will continue to be so.

aftr i excluded warcraft.exe in DEP(Data Execution Prevention), no more fatal error.
