cause he was dead far to long before ... even his abilities couldnt go back that far!
and for theresurrection pain needs the body, remember he have all the bodies in his main lair...

hi guys i think danzo is tobi but who is danzo uchiha madara or obito because obito's right side was destroyd from the rocks and danzo's right side is coverd up but uchiha madara has both eyes of sharingan and danzo and tobi have only 1 side of the sharingan maybe tobi lied 2 pain that he is uchiha madara but i dont understand when tobi takesthe mask of when hes telling sasuke the truth about itachi and still sasuke whants 2 kill danzo so who the fuck is tobi and danzo

Danzo cant be tobi, nor madara. there are too many proofs.
eg. tobi was kakashi friend, danzo was in that time already old man, if 3rd hokage beat him to win titul etc, danzo is just orochimarus experiment, that is all. and plus he is gay
