pain is a puppeteer, and he kills everyone in konoha, including jeriyah naruto goes 8 tails when hinata dies and tells naruto that she loves him, he goes inside himself to take off the seal to get the 9th tail but the 4th comes in and stops him. then naruto finds pain and talks to him and he brings everyone back to life ... except jeriyah. hes gone forever. tsunade is hurt to bad and someone else is hokage ... a bad one ... starts with a D! itachi fights sauske and kills orochimaru who is asleep in sauske and then he tells how the 3rd told itachi to kill his clan cause they were plotting against the village and then he dies. sauske gets bloodline sharingan. SPOILER ALERT!
I don't seem to remember when but i have seen the episodes that follow a long time back. May be a year ago... Jiraya will die in the hands of Pain who is one of the 3 Kids that he trained in the Episode 128. Pain seems to be invincible as Jiraya won't be able to locate his life force during his fight with Pain until it was too late, but he manages to send out a toad with the details just before he dies.... I am sorry but i wanted to prepare you guys for the sad things that are about to happen....

Jiryia is going to die by pain then naruto is going to master the sage training then fight pain and hinata steps in and gets hit naruto goes 8 tails and before he takes the seal off the 4th hokage stops hime talks to him then puts the seal back to its orignal state. then naruto kills the all the pain bodies finds out that they all are controlled by nagato finds nagato talks to him then nagato belives in him reviving everyone he killed except jiraya. Then sauske and itachi fight itachi kills orochimaru who is realesed then he dies and before he dies transports his amarastu and susano poowers to suaske. Then Madara Uchiha teels suaske that itachi was forced to kill his clan then suaske goes to destroy konaha then danzo becomes the 6th hokage and they have a meeting whith all the kages and sauske learns this and goes to find Danzo. Every one go to one manga and read the naruo manga comic books online

well we read the manga not wikipedia. yahiko does die and using his rinnegan, minato can control his dead body in some weird way. he also controls like 5 or 6 other bodies at one time. we never see minato again until way later. he always appears as "pain" in the form of yahiko
yeah they are called the the gates of pain and they are all bodies of fallen ninja with special abilites its almost like that guys powere with the hearts.

----SPOILER---- nagato uses all 6 corpses as puppets using chakra atenna ( the piercings ), jirayah DOES die .... but sends a frog to tell everyone pains secret .... naruto goes to the frog mt place and learns sage mode ... learns it better then jirayah, comes back beats 5 pains, then goes 8 tails when hinata gets hit and says she loves naruto then when he goes to realese the seal his dad ... the 4TH comes and stops him. he finds nagato .. ( the pupeteer ) and talks him into stopping. then nagato brings everyone back to life ... EXCEPT jirayah HES GONE!
i dont think people should/want to read the manga if they are pissed of at jiraiya dieing. If you wanna get super pissed *SPOILER* sasuke fighting every one at once and surviving its just bullshit

EVERYONE MUST READ AND COMMENT BACK: sasuke is not rubbish hes a good ninja hes fast and he can learn and use jitsus better then those you have it orignally. but naruto does become stronger. its said in the manger when he learns sage mode he is even stonger than jaraiyah himself. and defeats pain even though no one else could not even hanzo. he is the strongest at the moment. but they my become equal in the end which will lead between a final battle between sasuke and naruto.

spoilers:
pain kills jirayia, sasuke fights itachi, itachi dies and passes over his skillz to sasuke, naruto trains and learns sage mode, pain attacks konoha to find naruto, pain blows up konoha, naruto comes kills most of the pains but starts to get owned, hinata goes to save him and gets fucked up, naruto goes 6 tails then pain uses this hardcore move to catch the fox, naruto then goes 8 tails and is about to release the seal inside of him to go 9 tails but the 4th stops him, naruto fucks up pain and locates nagato, they talk for ages and pain revives the people he killed (excluding jirayia), madara tells sasuke the truth about itachi and how he had to kill his clan, konoha gets Danzou as hokage because the 5th is unconcious, the 5 kage's all meet in the iron country, sasuke attacks the 5 kage's but gets owned, madara shows up and explains his eye of the moon plan about the 10 tails (jyuubi) and declares 4th ninja war :)
