Riki's ult does have a "cooldown".. it's called fade time.

Wtf?? Weaver can only sneak around and go back in time. The only attack he really has late game is geminate. That's it. Also, Davion has Dragon's Blood, but that's because he's clearly a tank. Get your facts straight.

Her crit is the only source of damage late game.
also.. Chaos Knight (Nessaj) also has a critical.. and that's his 3rd skill, not even his ULT. It does 3x damage at 11% chance each attack. And his ult creates 3 images that deal 100%, including the crits and any items he has on. So if you're talking IMBA CRITS, then at least go for Nessaj. His crit is 3x damage, where PA's is 4x. His is 11%, where PA's is 15%. I mean, wtf? His skill is so close to her ult.

All other heroes I think they are balanced...
Complaining about riki or mortred... they have low HP... plus they are carriers... they are meant to do lots of damage...
All heroes have weaknesses learn to play and then no character will have to be nerfd

ReplyDeletethe mortred critical is not better than the juggernaut have... u need to calculate mortred have 15% 4x than juggernaut have 36% 2x that same as 18% 4x so the crit of mortred is not better than juggernaut.. i think its must be fixed

ReplyDeleteNo. Mortred's crit is better than Jugg's because her crit is basically a nuke. Her crit can hit thousands of damage at one time. Also, lategame, her items would mostly be damage+attack speed items, so her crit would land a lot of times in one fight.
Jugg's crit might hit more times than Mortred's, but it is only half of what Mortred can hit.
Think about it. Would you be killed by 1000 damage in one attack from Mortred, or would you be killed by 500 in one attack and then 500 in the other? Jugg's also does not have a disable, whereas Mortred does. Also, Mortred has BlinkStrike, which increases her attack speed after using it for a few seconds.
Oh yea I forgot something up there..
ReplyDeleteMortred's PhantomStrike* gets her massive attack speed, which can attack much faster than Juggs.
Juggs -> 500+500 damage
Mortred -> 1000 damage
1. Mortred uses PhantomStrike*. Gains 100% attack speed. Attacks 4 times. 4000 damage.
2. Juggernaut Attacks 2 times. 1000 damage.
Guess who won?
Btw, the examples above use every hit as a crit. This is because someone up there said:
PA Crit= 15% - x4.
Jugg's Crit= 36% x2= 18% x4.
I'm saying that PA has skills that synergise with her crit, like PhantomStrike, which gives +100% attack speed. Also, her Dagger,has 35% slow, which makes her 5 sec cooldown PhantomStrike easy to target. Juggs will never reach as high attack speed as Mort, unless Juggs gets fed with gold and rushes attack speed items. Because if PA and Juggs were on the same level, with the same stats and total gold, PA would always have higher att speed. Because her skill give %100 attack speed. Which when used, gives her double attack speed.
